Queen’s University Scientista empowers, supports, and connects undergraduate and graduate women in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine (STEMM). From mentorship to workshops to networking opportunities, we strive to be an outlet of beneficial resources for self-identifying women, gender non-conforming individuals, and allies in STEMM to help them succeed in both their current and future endeavours. Some of our ongoing initiatives on campus include the “Women of Scientista” podcast, our annual winter conference, and speaker series events. The STEMM fields are always evolving – thus, we aim to provide relevant information and current opportunities to ensure that everyone feels supported, respected, and successful in their designated fields
